Order cancellation terms and conditions

The Customer has the right to cancel an order prior to its dispatch by contacting us at [email protected] or tel:+359886508384.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the provisions of the Return Policy shall apply.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without stating any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us of their decision by an explicit statement sent to [email protected].

The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and complete, including all accessories and accompanying documentation, where applicable.

Unless otherwise agreed, the direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
